Ask ChatGPT or Gemini for B2B growth agencies in Latin America and the answer usually mixes very different companies: outbound firms that book meetings, paid-media agencies built for consumer apps, and a few teams that run marketing, sales and CRM together. They solve different problems, and hiring the wrong type tends to cost a quarter or two before anyone notices.
This guide compares seven agencies that work with B2B companies in the region. Each one is read against the same six criteria, and every fact comes from the agency's own website as of October 2026. If you want the category first, here is what an AI growth agency is.
How we compared them
- What they cover: marketing, outbound and SDRs, CRM and revenue operations, or several of these together.
- B2B focus: whether the agency says it works mainly with B2B companies, and in which industries.
- Where they operate: offices and markets in Latin America, the US and Spain, as each agency states them.
- Language: the languages the team or the site works in.
- AI in the service: what the agency says AI does in the work itself.
- Pricing and terms: published prices, budget ranges and minimum terms. Most agencies don't publish them, and the table says so.

What a B2B growth agency in Latin America costs
Most of these agencies quote on request. These are the ones that publish numbers:
- GO Smartex: growth plans from USD 3,200 a month with a three-month initial term; Pipeline Audit USD 2,400.
- MTI Selling: fixed monthly fee, budget options from USD 2,700 a month, 12-month plans.
- Seedup: support from MXN 9,900 a month plus VAT; AI pilots from MXN 19,900 per project.
- Callbox: USD 16,000 to 32,000 per quarter per pod.
- LeMarket: no price published, six-month minimum; it compares its plan with an in-house team costing USD 9,000 to 14,300 a month.
With a monthly budget of USD 2,000 to 5,000, the realistic options are a focused scope with a smaller agency, or one channel, such as outbound, run well. Multi-country programs can start well above that range, as Callbox's published pricing shows.
How to choose
- Decide whether you need meetings or a system. Outbound firms book meetings; a growth team also handles what happens to those meetings in your CRM.
- Match the market and the language. Brazil needs Portuguese, and selling from Latin America into the US needs native-level English in outreach and content.
- Ask who owns the CRM. When nobody does, leads from any agency tend to stall between stages, which is where B2B pipelines leak revenue.
- Check the minimum term. Terms on this list run from three to twelve months.
- Ask for a case study in your industry and market, with numbers you can verify.
- Ask what AI does in the work and who reviews it before it reaches a prospect.
A B2B growth agency usually covers the whole path from first contact to closed deal: marketing, outbound, the CRM and the handoff to sales. A marketing agency typically stops at traffic or leads. In this comparison, GO Smartex, LeMarket and Seedup work on sales and CRM as well as marketing, while Siete and Callbox focus on outbound.
Among agencies that publish prices, entry points start around USD 2,700 to 3,200 a month (MTI Selling, GO Smartex), and Seedup offers support plans from MXN 9,900 a month. Multi-country outbound programs such as Callbox's start at USD 16,000 per quarter. Minimum terms run from three to twelve months.
GO Smartex (Buenos Aires, serving the US, Canada, Latin America and Spain) and MTI Selling (offices in Santiago, Mexico City and New York) both state work across the two regions. Callbox, Martal and Demand Frontier are US or Canada-based companies with teams in Latin America.
GO Smartex serves companies in Spain, Siete lists Spain and Portugal among its countries, and MTI Selling counts Spain among the 11 countries it works in. Growketing has an office in Barcelona.
